Description

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) provides a complete overview of the food safety management system. This system is used to recognise, evaluate and control hazards associated with food safety. This is a proactive system and recognises risks early on making it easier to resolve before it turns into a real hazard. If you work in the food and beverage industry or in food production, you will benefit from the HACCP Level 2 and gain an introduction on how to analyse key hazards and recognise critical factors.

The Introduction to HACCP Level 2 is a practical guide for restaurants and food establishments on how to ensure food safety. The course will focus on food risks, poor food safety standards, how to minimise such risks and prevent them altogether. It is important to note that food establishments follow strict food safety guidelines as it is the legal duty to ensure food is prepared and served safely, while reducing the risk of contamination. The Introduction to HACCP Level 2 contains a wealth of information and advice on ensuring your food business learns to analyse, manage and prevent hazards in food safety. This is a CPD certified and RoSPA approved course which demonstrates to potential employers that you are continually developing yourself, and will make you a desirable candidate in the catering industry, food and beverage industry and food production.
